Air Force practice
The Runners went back to work Saturday after the 3 1/2 hour drive from Laramie, Wyoming to Colorado Springs, Colorado. A two-hour practice on the campus of Air Force allowed CSUB to work on the areas that left them vulnerable in Friday's loss and focus on what they need to do to beat Air Force. It wasn't an easy day before the game practice by any means, head coach Keith Brown challenged several players and got a solid effort from his guys in practice.
The Air Force Academy campus is the cleanest facility in America, I'm sure undisciplined cadets are punished with the work, but the place is beautiful and impressive. The athletics facilities included a hockey rink, several basketball training gyms, a workout gym that looked about an acre in size, even an area for fencing. The cadets definitely have the best to work with.
Below are some photos from Saturday's practice. More to come from the campus tomorrow.
